Having had diabetes for 36 years I've probably grown far too blase about how serious the condition is. This site gives loads of useful information. Most of us know at least one person with diabetes which makes you understand how rife it is. Whether interested, curious or needing some advice this is the premier site for diabetic information.
I've experienced the need for palliative care at very close range and, when one of my friends was fundraising for the Trust I popped along to the site. If you've had any experience of the work done at these hospices, or even if you're interested in what they do then pop over to their site.
Basically if you have nowhere to stay in Crawley and no money to get somewhere then you can go here. They helped me back in 2000 and I only recently got back in touch to say Thank You. They have a good site and do some good, supportive and interesting work. They're far more than just a roof over your head.
