Meditating with Rose Quartz can help to release emotional wounds that hold our hearts closed. Its softness allows us to slowly & delicately look at the hurts we experience & one by one let them go & open up again to love. It gives us the opportunity to be surrounded in love energy. Use this short meditation with Rose Quartz to feel its energy. While laying down, place a Rose Quartz on your Heart Chakra. Close your eyes, breath slowly & deeply, quieting the mind. Begin to feel the vibration of the Rose Quartz on your Heart Chakra. Visualise its colour. Start at your feet & slowly bring the soft pink colour up & over your body until you’re completely covered in the loving, compassionate & peaceful energy that is Rose Quartz. Give yourself several minutes in this calm & loving space. When you feel ready put both your hands over the stone as it sits on your Heart Chakra & once again become aware of your breath. With each in breath, breathe in the loving energy of the Rose Quartz, with each out breath, breathe out hurt, fear, worry or any other emotion that is blocking your heart. Do this several times until you begin to feel a peacefulness, a calm throughout your body. Repeat to yourself, I am love, I am loved, repeat several times. When you feel ready, place your hands down by your sides & feel love, feel your heart warm & open to receive all the love that is here for you. When you feel ready open your eyes & give yourself a great big hug.
