If you’re only going to get one Crystal for Love, Rose Quartz would be the one. It allows you to access all forms of love..Self Love, Unconditional Love, Romantic Love. Not only does it stimulate & open the Heart Chakra, but it clears the emotional body (think of when you’re holding onto energy that no longer serves you), & assists in the resolution of old emotional patterns. Don’t let its soft pinky colour fool you into thinking this is a soft Crystal; it’s really quite powerful. Healing the heart & reawakening its trust is just one of the gifts it brings. Its soothing vibrations calm the emotions, with the love vibrations penetrating down to the cellular level, reprogramming the cells for joy, rather than despair..

How to use your Love Crystals:
First of all clear them. Clearing your Crystals when you first get them is important, to remove any energetic debris it may have carried on its journey to you. Clearing can be done in many ways. One easy way is to bury them in the earth for a short amount of time, so the earth clears out the Crystal’s energy. They can also be charged by the sun, or by blowing intention onto it while holding it in your hand. If you’re a Reiki practitioner, you can clear Stones by charging them with your intention, & clearing it with Reiki energy.
The next step is to infuse them with your intention. This simply entails you holding the Crystal, & asking it to assist you in healing your Heart, opening your Heart, clearing your Heart, or whatever special intention you may have.
Then you’re good to go! You can wear them, either as a pendant, bracelet, or in your pocket, carrying your Love Crystal with you is key when using them for bringing in love.
By taking a bath with Crystals, you infuse your entire bath water with the properties of the Crystal. How luscious it is to bathe in the heart healing! If it’s an epsom salt bath, you’re also cleansing your aura in the process. While hanging out in the tub, you can either place your Crystal beside you, or over your Heart Chakra (in the centre of your chest), or hold it in your hand. Allow the Crystal to speak to you. And, if you’re open enough, you may be able to hear some guidance on the heart healing you’re using it for.
